Solutions.
Offering fee-based Quadruplex floor plan housing with shared kitchens with utilities included will create stable housing for individuals who are homeless or live in hostile environments, prevent homelessness, criminal activity, and drama from roommates sharing rooms or living in the same household. Persons on a fixed income will pay the same fee as long as they live there. Residents won't have to worry about fees going up like rental units or coming up with the first and last months' rent or security deposit, because its not required.

Housing
The new construction of homes and apartments will incorporate energy efficient units, laundry facilities, storage space, designated outdoor smoking area, and on-site Security and Manager.

New Homes for over 200 people
We use the quadruplex floor-plan to get more people to obtain housing by using this model. Our goal is to provide over 200 people with a new home. We assist in addressing the unmet housing crisis needs in California for homeless people with no income, and low-income households for youth 16-25, adults 40-up, veteran, and disabled who are able to care for themselves.

Supportive Services
Case Management tailed to individual needs, Life Skills, Computer Lab, Resume preparation, Job readiness, Money Management, and Leadership Development Workshops.
