Company Profile.

We currently own six vacant land lots in Kern County; one is located on 4 acres in Bakersfield, California (pictured above) to be transformed into an Apartment complex in a residential neighborhood.  We have allocated this lot as our future "Career Campus" for youth 16-25 years old.  We own two standard residential lots in Ridgecrest and Inyokern, California, and another lot on one acre in Ridgecrest, California.

We need your support and monetary donations now, so that we can obtain matching grants from foundations, federal and local governments who don't provide funds for post-construction costs.  We get donations from individuals and small businesses which are not enough to cover our building permits.  We have land where housing is needed to accommodate the housing crisis in California.

We are building from the ground-up, and will managed semi-permanent and permanent supportive, and affordable housing for single unit occupancy to able-bodied Single individuals who are unable to pay market-rate rent, homeless,  chronic homeless, experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless with no income, fixed income, extremely low-income and very low-income at or below 80% of the area median income.
